Marlee - where did it all start

The concept for Marlee was first discussed in the late 90's. However, at that time the Internet wasn't quite ready for the expected volume of usage, nor was the working mindset appreciative of the advantages of working online.

In 2001 Marlee was ready for the masses and implemented by an agency's creative team and was then simply called 'Jobbags'. Throughout the first months Marlee grew and improved through continuous usage and input from system users.

In a short space of time the agencies using Marlee saw an increase in staff efficiency and minimal paper trails. Marlee continued to improve with new features being added all the time and unnecessary features being deleted making Marlee less complicated and more focused on the tasks in hand.

The concept behind Marlee is to function within the original constraints of any organisation without changing the way the organisation works. Each department functions as they would prior to implementing the system, but with Marlee they will now have the ability to access information instantly without changing their working practices.
